i. the fire in your room was most probably caused by your negligence and carelessness. Perhaps there was an appliance left on after power outage which may trigger at the resumption of power. The only other reason may be arson if you can prove it.

ii. You were so concerned with your belongings and insensitive to the damage done to the property of another man.

iii. You were rude and indifferent to the plight of your landlord.
