Job Title: Accountant
Location: Lagos

Job Scope
Ensure all accounting, financial documentations and reports are accurate, efficient, updated and on time.

Responsibilities
1. Must have a good knowledge of management accounting and perform activities with little supervision
2. Must have knowledge of Nigeria Tax systems
3. Must be able to reconcile bank statements etc
4. Accounting and financial record keeping and documentation.
5. Assist with cash management, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
6. Assist with monitoring the stages and progress of all financial transactions.
7. Assist with preparing and maintaining financial records for individual projects in a manner that facilitates management reports.
8. Assist with preparation of cash flow forecast.
9. Assist with payroll administration ensuring all statutory documentations are accurately and timely filed.
10. Assist with preparation of all accounting and financial reports and documents.
11. Assist with budget preparation and forecast.
12. Ensure all accounting processes are performed in a timely and accurate manner..
13. Prepare necessary accounting and financial reports as required.

Academic Qualifications
OND or HND in Accounting.
Professional Certification
Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) is an added advantage.



Desirable Skills
1. Good knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
2. Working knowledge of financial statutory requirements.
3. Proficiency in computer programs for accounting, database, spread sheets and word processing.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Prioritization and time management skills.
Exceptional negotiation skills.
6. Must be capable of operating with minimal level of supervision.
7. Must maintain high level of accuracy and ability to keep detailed file notes.

Job Title: Sales representative/Marketer
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities:
1. Make initial customer contact through visits or calls
2. Identify each potential customer’s needs
3. Negotiate prices and variations in prices and specifications
4. Develop new business opportunities and close existing ones
5. Build meaningful relationships within the company and outside
6. Follow up on service and / or product once the delivery has been made
7. Research market trends and products
8. Arrange meetings with potential clients
