In October last year,i paid for my invitation letter to study in Russia via western union.I took naira to the western union office, and they sent the money using inter bank rate of about 199/$.I want to pay my first year tuition fee($6700),before the end of this week.please i want to know if i can still use western union for this payment purpose.

Go to your bank, ask for form A.or better still get a domiciliary. Account and source the dollars yourself. Though this might be an expensive option.
