if actually you did register late, then how come you are hoping for lasgidi? I tried looking for lag when i registered [2 days after it commenced] but i couldn't find it. I think it was d first state to be removed from d list.

Derail like pushing them into stream2? that not totally true.
Remember states disappears when it has gotten to its receptive capacity. now if they follow the the late registration cum stream2 thingy as you stated above, then some states will be empty for stream 2.

There will be stream one and stream two this year ooh.
Stream two will enter camp by 4th of January 2017.
This news is authentic from NYSC office Abuja.
Someone posted it in another group, we are just gonna watch.
He said if u r able to print your CUL b4 Thursday it means you are in stream 1 but if not, then you are in stream 2.
y will they give us call up number when dis is real o ga oh
