Rubbish! This is not a conviction or court sanction.
which one is court sanction?
How many times have court ordered for dasuki's release? Has he been released?
How many times have the court ordered for Nnamdi Kanu's release? Has he been released?

Bukola Saraki and his wife, former first lady of Kwara state, Toyin Saraki including his late father, veteran politician Olusola Saraki, Bukola sister, Gbemisola jointly looted the treasury of Kwara states plunging Kwarans into poverty and penury.

This stealing from the treasury of Kwara state took place mostly when he was a governor of Kwara state.

14 years is quite a lot.

One of the things he must do to avoid such lengthy sentence is:

Resign his present position in the house and seat in the Senate.

Ask for clemency on the basis of the above.

Make a plea of oversight in filing out his forms.

Admit the act can be construed as fraudulent but not in his nature.

Otherwise, this might end up even more messy for him.
broz his greed wld neva allow dat, i sane person wld just resign. Maybe he tinkz he wld sail tru unscathed dat wich i doubt.
