#5 – Deadlifts This exercise is perfect for creating a smooth transition between your hamstrings and your glutes by working the lower portion of your butt. Ideally, you will use a set of dumbbells, but you can use anything from around the house that suits you! (A can of beans can work a treat). Follow these simple exercise steps to build and tone your glutes: Stand straight with your feet shoulder width apart and weights down near your hips Lower the weight to your knees, keeping them close to your quads and ensuring your back is straight. Lift the weights back up your quads to a standing position, again ensuring to keep a straight back, and be sure not to lock your knees. Ladies, don't be fooled. Exercise can only make your butt firmer not bigger. And you'd end up like Chichi Igbo (Super falcons player) who said her butt can break coconut. Godbest: Never. Instead I will accept her small yansh like that. Just pointing out the truth that exercise doesn't make yansh bigger. Yansh is much more of fat than muscle. If women really want bigger yansh they should go for surgery. Instead of silicone, some procedures would source fat from your tummy, waist or thighs to fill up the butt. That way it will feel natural. |
