When I heared of this budget I begin to thank God that i was a saint durin my 5yr tenure.

Just listened to the Channels, and house rent was part of the 2014 and 2015 budget. The guys from Premiumtimes who did extensive work on the budget said the template is that used by previous administration. The difference this time around is the level of "padding" that has taken place.
