So because he decided to stop to buy fish,he's become a hypocrite. He didn't ask the paparazzis to take a picture of him. He's just being himself. Some men do it;when they see very good dried mangala fish on the road,they pull over to buy it-na eyes dey first chop before mouth. Pls let the man be.

Unlike other lazy governors who il be captured where they are giving their civil servants reasons for the unpaid salary. Tums up for my governor.
