We are receiving cvs for the following positions for a restaurant in Yenagoa
1. ACCOUNTANT
• To be responsible for the hotel’s accounting and financial management requirements.
• Managing the accounting department, procurement function and electronic data processing systems.
• To provide the general manager and unit management team with meaningful and timely information on the status of the restaurant’s performance.
• To assist proactively with cost containment, revenue enhancement, profit improvement opportunities and safeguarding of the company’s assets.

Qualification
i. B.Sc Accounting
ii. 2-3 yrs working experience
iii. A post Graduate diploma in Business Management would be a serious Plus.
iv. A good reporting skill

2. GENERAL MANAGER
• The General Manager is responsible to manage property operations on a day to day basis to assure optimum performance and continual improvement in the five Key Result Areas (guest service, employees, sales/marketing, property appearance, and profit/financial control.
• Coordinates, directs and manages the staff and everyday restaurant operations to achieve profitability, guest satisfaction and efficiency while maintaining standards set by the company assuring 100% guest satisfaction.

Qualification
i. A Good first Degree ( One in the Hospitality Industry would be a plus)
ii. 4-5 yrs working experience
iii. A post Graduate diploma in Business Management would be a serious Plus.
iv. A good reporting skill

3. STOREKEEPER
• The Store Keeper is responsible for storage of both food & beverage and operational stock.
• He would carry a day-to day check on the storage facilities for upkeep and hygiene.
• The person should be able to follow standards for issuing and receiving stock within the stores.
• Should possess reporting skills to be able to coordinate with the Cost Controller with proposals and day-to-day feedback on operational control.
Qualification
i. A good first degree
ii. 2-3 yrs working experience
iii. A post Graduate diploma in Business Management would be a serious Plus.
iv. A good reporting skill

4. Shift Supervisor
• Effectively lead the restaurant while the Manager is not present. Lead each shift by delegating duties, assigning tasks, and following up with all team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
• Manage time effectively and meet all job responsibilities
• Maintain a positive work environment for employees and guests
• Prepare foods when necessary
• Ensure all food items are prepared according to the standards of quality, consistency, and timeliness
• Check food quality and temperatures throughout the day to maintain Health and Safety regulations
• Follow proper sanitation and safety procedures.
• Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
• Identify back-ups in the kitchen and work with managers to re-organize human resources.
Qualification
i. Minimum OND
ii. experience in the hospitality industry
