No one is accepted by God based
on their ‘’personal merit’’ before or after salvation.

Your behavior, "good or bad
deeds’', play no part in securing nor maintaining your salvation as
salvation is a *free gift* of God.

Does this mean it is “ok" to sin?
Absolutely NOT!!! Sin is never a
casual matter with God. It is an
assault to his holiness.

What it means is that salvation is a *free gift* from God, apart from
our behavior or it would NOT be a
gift at all. It would be merely an
arrangement.

*Dictionary: Legal Gift: A voluntary
transfer of property from one
individual to another, made
gratuitously-[without charge] to
the recipient without conditions

The individual who makes the gift
is known as the donor, and the
individual to whom the gift is
made is called the donee.

Once the gift is received and takes
possession of the gift the donor has *no further legal claim on the
item* by donor.

It can NOT be legally taken back by the donor from the donee. It is
ILLEGAL for the donor to later take
the "GIFT" away from donee.

how to receive the GIFT of salvation
in Ro.1:16, and the *Gospel of Our
Salvation* is found here, 1Cor.15:1-4.

Salvation is a free and unmerited
'gift' from God, granted *through
faith* in Jesus, upon believing he
shed his blood and died on a cross
to pay for our sins and rose from
the tomb to provide us with
everlasting life, all sin forgiven,
indwelt by the Holy Spirit and
heaven bound.
