The Imo North Senatorial RE-RUN election is hereby postponed until the 5th of March 2016.

INEC was forced to bow to the pressure of the teaming men and women of Okigwe zone, who were seen all over Owerri especially opposite INEC office along Port Harcourt Road today.

The protesters were asking for rejection of unacceptable, removal of INEC staff and replacing them with the PDP cronies, also unmasking the INEC plots to write 30,000 votes in favor of PDP in some areas in Mbano.

The IGP was in Owerri earlier today who confirmed the security report, after which the approval for the postponement was expressly done.

Ok. Its better to postpone than to conduct an inconclusive election
