That is comparing Jonathan to Yardaua, Abacha and Obj.
Obj is far better than Jonathan, Obj started all the free market stuff that Jonathan continued. All the Super ministers that tried to give a push during Jonathan regime; Aganga, Okonjo, Johnson, Adesina ..all came through Obj.
Let us be factual. Even Abacha was more decisive in governance.
