If he defame you, he can be ask to provide evidences for the defamation or delete all the defamation posts.

But, damaging his Fiverr account can't be undone. I know what it take to build up a Nigerian Fiverr account, let alone someone damaging it.

Just give him back his money, I am sure, he will delete his posts too.
