It was a day of rejoicing for One Hundred and Fifty Five (155) Widows who received Two Hundred Thousand Naira (N200,000) each as an Empowerment Package from Akwa Ibom State Governor, Mr Udom Emmanuel and Wife Martha, to enable them grow their businesses for self sustainability.

I really hope the 155 women are random, because we can't trust these governors these days. Many of them woould organise their family members, friends and associates and give them welfare packages to deceive the masses. I really pray this is not the case right here, it's a good development though.

i wish this my Govnor will stop dashing people money like Akpabio used to do. And invest in revenue generation. How a state like Anambra is paying salaries n building flyovers in d current economic situation is mind blowing hence commendable so i dnt see why we shud give any excuse in akwa ibom. am saying dis because tingz r not moving well in my state.

oh Lol I was about to rough the post cos I thought 200k is to be shared between 155widows (I was like "how much them wan share)?. but if this is really the truth that 200k for each widow.
