We maintain that the service is not to replace the GPs or to be an alternative to hospitals. However it is just to make medical consultation easily available and accessible to everyone.
Having said that, physical examination can actually be done through telemedicine, that is why one of the platform we have in our system is skype/video consultation.
One of the benefits of telemedicine is a scenario in which a busy person doesnt have to go to the hospital to queue to see a doctor for simple ailments or go to a "chemist" or "drug stores" for treatment. All he or she needs do is pick his or her phone and talk to a doctor.
