I played a game online yesterday and all the games went through but these guys have not okayed the last game on the ticket uptil now. I couldn't play last night and I called customer service this morning one layo to be precise she was so rude and just said that game wouldn't be on till after 48hrs but I told her the game had already been played she just kept on with an attitude. I don't understand why. Here is a screen shot and check the last game guys. AND I FORGOT TO ADD THE GAME ENDED 1-3

ok so i still call them today after finding out they still haven't sorted it out. Instead i was been asked when the game was played and what time. can u imagine. a company for that matter. and still told me to wait till the end of the day for it to be sorted out. hmmmmmm so much for a company.

uptil now the issue hasn't been rectified. after one jide promising that by the end of today it would be sorted out. this is 11:22pm. i must say. 1960 bet you guys are clueless and would never get it right.
