Diz is a murder case in sense dat dia is on d wall d stain of blood .which means she was shot @ d head wen she was smoking. D gun in her hand was as a set up so as to believe she shot herself. To prove dis evidence d gun in her hand has to be examined by d police.......

This is a murder case because there is no way someone can shot his or herself with right hand and the blood will slash over the same right side windows it wil rather slash to left side

1. From the splash on the wall, it's either her head was smashed against the wall by an unknown person or her head was blown off with the gun.

1) He is a left-hander. This show on the table. Pen located in left & spec on right hand side. And another cigarette butt on table is at the right as well. But the corps was holding the gun at right hand n a cigarette at left. Which the killer though he was a right handed as majority people was.
2)Do u realise the window was close. People usually will open the window when they are smoking.
3) victim who have personal problems will have evidence of drug use or drinking. Wat u see on the table is coke.
4) The light was not on, u can see the plug was dangling.
5)most suicide shots are angled slightly upward.
6) the blood stain on the wall was dripping it shown tat he was kill when he is close to the wall. I guess is taking a book. There is evidence of book being moved. And the position would be sitting not laying.
7)The killer make the suicide scene and place the gun on his hand. When a person shot in the brain usually gun will fall off from hand. And the slippers is laying in the wrong place show tat the body being move.

It's an accident. She was writing with her pen (6), when she heard a sound in the house. She's american ( so she decided to take her gun (1), crush her cigarette (5), turn off the light to sneak on the burglar (2), take her glasses off because they're useless in the dark (7) and check the house by herself. When she found nothing, she lit a new cigarette to calm down (10) and came back, still in the dark. She was drunk (3) so she tripped on her slipper (9), tried to catch up on her stool but failed (1) and crushed her head agains the wall (4). There is no bullet hole in the wall, and this stain is not a brain-blowing-bullet-stain. The fall from a standing position and the rotation induced by the catch-up tentative explain the weird position of the body. Ther is no murderer and no suicid note. Case closed, Sherlock out.
