Most definitely, people who said most of the dudes there are street urchins, illitrates and miscreants can't be wrong. I don't know of a right thinking man that will see a state govt commission 150m of road with few streetlights that is not of acceptable standard and stil jump for joy. Many local govts wil do better.

d road is yet to be completed na. d part dat has bin completed on dat road is not upto 2km. yeye dey smell.
