Hi guys, i am planning to build a basic 3 bedroom flat in ikorodu and wanted to get a costing for this. Its on dry land. Ideally want to build it within 3 to 4 months. Is this feasible. its on a standard plot. any helpful advise/ suggestion is greatly appreciated.

You will need to get an architect to produce architectural drawings for you; with that, you will engage a Quantity Surveyor to prepare a BILL OF QUANTITIES or MATERIAL SCHEDULE for you, which will inform you of the estimated cost to put up your bungalow.

Averagely, depending on your level of finishing and fittings, a standard bungalow with fencing, external works, plumbing and electrical installations will cost from N7 million to about N15 million.
