perfection. Be flexible and accept that it is not always possible to eat cleanly at every meal.

Be gentle with yourself every day and every meal is a new opportunity for your health, it’s all about finding the right balance.

Clean eating tips

1. Eat foods in their most natural form, unprocessed and
unrefined. Buy recognizable ingredients and prepare food at
home to avoid the unhealthy additives that are often found
in processed and packaged foods.

2. Eat mostly fresh fruit and vegetables. Eat all the colours of the rainbow and incorporate lots of leafy, green veggies into your meals.
