One of our leading clients’ needs the services of an ERP officer in Abuja, Nigeria.
Job Description
1. Manage and deliver large and complex ERP engagements to identify design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for large clients across several key industries.
2. Manage engagement risk, project economics, planning and budgeting and accounts receivable.
3. Analyze data processing modules and identify areas of enhancements and improvements.
4. Provide input and guide staffing process.
5. Update and manage ERP system to ensure it provides company with proper business solutions and accurate result.
6. Define deliverable content and ensure buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels for client.
7. Manage routine interactions with client management and sponsorship.
8. Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients.
9. Develop ERP practice solutions and methodologies.

Key Performance Indicators
1. Plans, manages and evaluates the work of assigned ERP production support and project teams.
2. Defines and develops systems strategies and standards.
3. Analyses and evaluates complex technical ERP systems work methods and procedures, control, and formation and documentation systems.
4. Provides technical assistance in training, mentoring and coaching of technical staff on complex matters related to assigned areas.
5. Perform other task indicated in KPI

Qualifications
