When U follow this story,U get to understand what Nnamdi Kanu meant when he called d country a zoo. D so called sharia council is being begged to release an underage girl that was obviously kidnapped and most likely has been raped.Something that should ordinarily earn som1 a lengthy jail time. Pls lawyers in d house,b/w sharia and our constitution wc one is supreme? And why is it that it's d ppl that r always ready to die for 1 Nigeria that always do things that bring division,like countless riots and killings targeted at ppl not from their region,practicing a whole different constitution, etc. This news jus de make my heart bleed. 3 Likes |

Smh for this stupid contraption called Nigeria. So if there was no public outcry, this girl would have remained with her captor all her life, an unwilling sex slave, against her will and that of her parents. To add more insult to injury, the Inspector General of Police of our country, who himself is a lawyer, without shame in himself, said he was helpless about the situation till the Emir of Kano, Mallam Sanusi returns from Qatar. Pius Adesanmi posted these thoughts on his Facebook page just minutes ago. Read and get wisdom.
