The heavy downpour this morning brought down a high tension wire by Guinness Nigeria Plc Headquarters at Ikeja area of Lagos. The incident caused a heavy traffic gridlock in the area as authorities sealed of the road to prevent further harm to motorists and road users -before the arrival of Power Holding Company of Nigeria, (PHCN) officials.

Who told you there was rain in Ikeja today? There was snarl-up on Oba Akran this Morning, YES. I spent almost an hour in about 10km distance on Oba Akran this morning, but there was no drop of rain in Ikeja.
