It is the first day of a new month, and I do want to believe every boss has done the needful… and I’m so sure we all know what this needful is. Having worked for so many days, spent several productive hours in traffic through the course of the month, truncated sleep at its sweetest hour day in day out; ‘Pay Day’ is definitely that day every employee awaits. It’s as though the reward for expended hours, time and life. But is pay day truly pay day for everyone, or just another May Day call?
