wrong. No school will raise their general cut-off above 200. In fact, the general cut-off is 180. But some stubborn schools make theirs 200 and they can't make it above that.

I write the exam 6 am 2 day checking the website it show 179 is dere any hope

pls o.. d so called adding of 40 marks.. is it for those dat received SMS and den later checked online ...wat of those dat didn't receive SMS but checked online and saw their score.. will it also be increased

For All those that the +40 favored, let's be thankful. I have a feeling that they will add our actual marks cuz all these 40 is for us to keep mute while we celebrate.

This post is in no form to mock anybody but as Nigerians we the gifted youths complain about the quality of education in this nation about poor infrastructure e.t.c. And we must start to question the way things are been done but can someone tell me in the world where exam scores are been upgraded by the organizers, its either the organizing body are not competent enough to conduct such examination or there are no proper laid down infrastructure to make this examination a success.
Its a good news that people scores are been upgraded not hating about that but we just have to start making things right and make sure they are done in the right way.
On a final note my dear jambite please do endeavor to read for your post jamb and remember this not everyone who matriculates convocates and gaining admission is the least of your worries maintaining a good result while in school is the major priority.

I agree with you but unless there is a check and balance inline with the average jamb score, because it is not competitive as before there is massive success recorded I presume. the bars will be raised and you will need to compete for the available small space for admission.

No one can tell..but I've caught a glimpse of peeps that did around 9:30..nothing less than 210..so far.

What I'm suggesting is that 6:30 peeps of today r in the same category as 27th and 29th candidates. That is, if you r truly sure you scored more than 179.

They 'might' still be uploading the results.

So just chill and have in mind that you are only allowed 5 logins via your reg number, else u will be forced to get the result checker sooner than expected!

Yes, only if you have exceeded the amount of times one can use via reg number-5 times.

It's called a "Result Checker". I don't know if it's out yet.

You must have clicked the "Result Slip Printing" option. Kindly locate an image that has e-registration for 2016/2017. Tap on it then locate "Check Result"
