we need constant light in Osubi Delta. Osubi is situated in Okpe LG Area of Delta St,we are being giving 2 days ON and 1 day OFF,but dis 2 day ON is sometimes 3hrs or at most 6hrs on,pls wat is d situation in ur area?pls we need constant light oooo |
