Our Client is a Group that has just acquired a prestigious manufacturing company looking to hire an Executive Director.
The Executive Director Manufacturing must have senior management experience in companies such as Procter & Gamble, UAC, PZ or other similar manufacturing companies. The ideal candidate must be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions; exhibit independent judgment in the development, implement and evaluate plans and procedures.

This position is ideal for someone who has the ability to manage personnel remotely and experience with fiscal management. He/she should have a high level of manufacturing industry knowledge (preferably personal care items); a highly regarded professional stature and credibility, coupled with strong leadership skills. The suitable candidate must be effective at leading and managing employees.

The Executive Director should also have experience in setting strategic direction and driving it. He/she must also have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, financial reports, legal documents, technical procedures, or governmental regulations; write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals; efficiently respond to questions from membership, staff and members of the community; communicate effectively in both written and oral form; and, effectively present information to membership, top management, public group, and/or board of directors
Microsoft, QuickBooks, and Adobe product is an added advantage.
