(a) All candidates must be a Nigerian as defined in the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

(b) Must be a male or female with the minimum of age between the age of 24 and 29 years.

(c) You are expected to Possess first degree not less than Second Class Lower Division or HND of not less than Lower Credit in the arts, sciences or humanities

(d) You must Measure at least 1.68m in height. (e) Be medically and physically fit.

(f) Applicants must Possess valid birth certificate signed by the National Population Commission, or valid age declaration.
