Imagine dis rubbish, my atm card expired last month and before it's expiration date, I went to their bariga branch, shomolu to file for another, only for the customer care banker to tell me dat, d card available is the expression card, I agreed and asked him went to collect it, he said a week and one day from dat day, mind you guys, I went lastweek Thursday and I am expected to collect it tommorrow, which is Friday, I went there today to confirm, only for dat same banker to tell me that the card will be bought today around 3pm, I told him I might come back today or tomorrow, now 2hrs after I got home, I receive a call from dis same dude telling me my atm card won't be ready tomorrow, I was so pissed because I need to make an urgent withdrawal, I swear I am gonna close my account with dis bank because deir customer service sucks, I am so angry and I no get dat strength for deir withdrawal booklet shit. Dis bank is so bacckward
