1. From Day 1 (May 29th, 2015), he hit the ground running by engaging Julius Berger and CCECC to massively reconstruct bad roads around the state. Roads like:

2. Governor Wike reopened the courts immediately after being sworn in on May 29th, 2015

3. He appointed and swore in a new Chief Judge of Rivers State

4. He engages Rivers people in electronic town hall meetings via a radio platform (Rhythm 93.7 FM Saturday programme called ViewPoint)

5. He is not prodigal in managing state funds as all the projects embarked upon by his administration is aimed at providing the basic infrastructure needed by every Rivers man and woman for everyday living

6. He did not waste state funds by abandoning projects embarked upon by previous administration. He plans to complete all abandoned projects before embarking on new ones

7. He paid Civil Servants and Pensioners all their outstanding monies immediately he was sworn into office.

8. He has embarked on massive construction of
Bridges at Eastern bypass, Nwaja, Trans-Woji, Eliozu, Eagle Island, etc
Drainages in the Entire Diobu, All Port Harcourt Township, Eliozu-Elimgbu, East West Road-Oroigwe Road, etc

9. He has given his commitment to restructure Timariv and install Traffic Lights around the State Capital

10. He has tasked his Commissioner of Water Resources to provide clean Drinking Water for the Ogoni People
