oyinda.: Don't bribe me oh, berra go and find your accomplice in crime and return that money you both stole otherwise na tire we go put round ya neck and parade you naked in Nairaland Square Though the nude parade might not be a good idea and instead backfire and we will have the little men we have left on Nairaland pursuing you young chikalas instead of us old cargoes, once they see your succulent bodies Oh no, I need a solution fast, do you have any idea of painful punishment I could dish out to you Come up with a tough one, I need you both to sweat and suffer for your nefarious activity |

I think he's going to lose at the tribunals. I heard all the evidences have been accepted. Someone back home told me this today. Ifeleke, is this true? Although I'm not in doubt of my source, he's always in the know. |
Re: Osun -- State Of The Living Spring! Identify Here by Remii(m): 12:56am On Sep 09, 2009 |
@Seeker, you can not be too sure, in law courts acceptance of exhibit is not an end in itself, have you forgotten word like, "inasmuch", "however", "having said that", blabla. |
Re: Osun -- State Of The Living Spring! Identify Here by TheSeeker(m): 4:16am On Sep 09, 2009 |
I know that. But what I'm saying is the evidences that were earlier rejected by the first panel were actually undeniable ones. It's so implicative (I watched some of the videos myself) and if justice is to be done, I don't think he's winning this one no matter what the clauses in legal battles are. I can vividly say that if all those evidences are accepted, and justice isn't bought, no sane judge will turn blind eyes to the videos - they were smashing - but like I said, let's hope justice isn't bought. |

Re: Osun -- State Of The Living Spring! Identify Here by Remii(m): 5:54am On Sep 19, 2009 |
Naturez: Cross your fingers, man, cross your fingers. That guy has spent almost 3 out of 4 yrs term and there is chance to go to appeal. It is the system that sucks and disgusting. They should collect all salary paid to removed elected officers and remove their tenure from government gazette to serve as deterrent to those who may want to rig ellections. |
