The lawyers fighting for him are just being half smart and also making loads of money representing him. I wonder what the rule of law crusaders are going to say now. I know they'll speak out in favor of this ruling as they have done with their previous rule of law campaign because I know they love rule of law so much.

You are being naively sentimental.....He has been granted bail only to be re-arrested
Before you pronounce anyone guilty you have to follow due process and courts!
EFCC and Buhari have made a lot of Nigerians believe he has done a horrible thing, and at such he should rot in jail!
But as the law states, he must be tried for his misdeeds in all fairness!
If government have sufficient evidence to prosecute dasuki, no need for all this harassment!

It's either u didn't go to school or your parents wasted your school fee, dasuki is obviously trying to stop his trial, meaning he is already been charged to court to answer for what the FG has accused him of, so y is he Like saraki looking for a way to stop his trial??

Typical zombie.....they resort to insult when confronted with logical assertion

DSS arrested someone on a particular ground he was granted bail

Efcc re arrested the same person on a similar ground now how does that affect the bail granted him?

If he is innocent of all these charges he would have been man enough and wait for trials to defend himself and not to delay it by his annoying antics.

I know you don't like the President its obvious but what if you lost ur family in the north east due to boko haram knowing fully well that ur government released money to fight those that killed ur family but one man was sharing it instead ...will you suggest the present government of the day should allow the man to go scot free Chai!!!! How can we grow if we don't stand with the truth??

tongue tongue tongue

When i said Dasuki's lawyer and other rogue SANs are specialists in delayed tactics and are always in the habit of frustrating court cases against their corrupt clients, one strayed boy came here spewing rubbish.

This same 'SAN' just as in the case of Saraki also, keeps running from one court to another seeking God forsaken injunctions to frustrate the case of his clients going into trial. What is it that they are afraid of?

If Dasuki, Ricky Tarfa, Metuh and Saraki and every other people facing corrupt cases are sure of their innocence they should instead ask the prosecution to present their evidence while they also present their own counter evidence. But they know they are guilty and their rogue lawyers know this too.

In PMB's Voice; Don't be afraid of me, but be afraid of the consequences of your actions.

For those who do not understand what the court said, let me make it simpler. Imagine that Dasuki got arrested and charged by Road safety (EFCC) for dangerous driving, he paid fine (bail), was released but got immediately arrested the second time by the Police (DSS) who had spotted human heads in his boot during stop and search. Hope you get it now? Its for two separate offences, and by two separate agencies.

I like this, it's exactly what we should be clamouring for, to join hands and fight against corruption together and not taking sides with corruption personified individuals outta sentiments...

Sometimes when i see comments of peepz calling out PMB, EFCC and FG, saying they're arm twisting the law i just SMH and say obviously we ain't ready to move forward..

You don't understand what the court had been saying, EFCC didn't rearrest him but DSS which is another agency, he should face his case and stop running around trying to stop his trials if he knows he's innocent.

Court now changing their decides... Hoop era of change

Pheals, this is for your education and I hope you take it in good faith.

A person of the stature of Dasuki who has worked in the intelligence circle cannot be trusted not to disappear if he knows he cannot win his case. He will disappear so easily, that even you will deem the government as very useless in letting him get away.

You remember that at the point his house was to be searched by the DSS with a VALID search warrant, Dasuki resisted for hours, allowing him time to destroy as much evidence as he desired before he finally opened up his premises for a legitimate search.

The court and the judge only gave a bail based on the case brought before it by the EFCC, but the government already aware of the weakness of our courts, had a legal plan in its agenda to checkmate that Judicial weakness.
Another government agency promptly picked Dasuki up right after he met his bail and charged him again on different charges than EFCC did.

This was a master stroke strategy by the government, knowing that there are lawyers like Rickey Tarfa and Judges like Justice Yinusa, who have formed a cabal that adjudicate on cases over the phone with a motivating bank alert, rather than the public court where the arguments should be tabled and appraised.

Now a different Judge and even the same Judge that granted the 1st bail that was met, have clearly explained as already argued by many, that an accused granted bail can still be arrested again by another government agency, or on other charges different to the ones for which bail was granted.

That Dasuki got bail for stealing Yam, does not give him immunity from arrest for stealing Goat.

I hope this message from the court is clear enough and you appreciate the zeal that the government has shown in prosecuting such a crime as Dasuki's, where there is a litany of evidences against him.

Obviously you are been ignorant. If you have actually read the write up, you will know that EFCC and DSS Acted within the purview of the law except if you want to proof otherwise. Where on earth did you get to know that they did not grant him access to his lawyer? If that is even the case, then tell me how is lawyer has been communicating with him? Please let us be plain and open hearted. This man committed a great offence and you are here saying he is been persecuted. How? How i wish your sisters were among the kidnapped Chibok Girls, How i wish your children or brothers were killed by Boko haram, only then i will know if you actually meant what you just typed.

These people don't deserve pity. They cornered money meant for us all for their own use alone and you are here saying he is been persecuted. I pity the future of this country with people like you. I know that there are people that a very very corrupt in APC but that does not exonerate Dasuki from his own crimes too. he must answer for them. We Nigerians should all come together and pressurise the Government to prosecute corrupt APC members also.

I don't care if Dasuki is guilty or innocent but the prolongation of this case on some irrelevant and stupid reasons is getting annoying and seem like a season film. What's so difficult in he stole, we investigate and interrogate, get the evidence, arrest, taken to court, trial commences, evidence are shown and the verdicts are given based on the evidence.... Sikena..
