Events & Media Management Company that specializes in tailored event management and media consultancy services require the services of EVENTS MARKETING EXECUTIVE (FEMALE)

Job Description
• Preparing and delivering marketing plans within key objectives
• Marketing of Event to Prospective Sponsors
• Working closely with Event Manager, Co-Ordinator and other Event Specialists on the development, strategy and execution of Direct Marketing event initiatives.
• Maintaining timelines and priorities for each event program.
• Tracking and reporting project and event budgets.
• Negotiating agreements with vendors to ensure lowest cost and highest quality of service.
• Maintaining relationships with external vendors and event partners.
• Managing the execution of events onsite, including the coordination of staff, event sponsors and VIP guest logistics.
• Assisting with customer pre- and post-event correspondence.
• Contributing creative suggestions to improve attendee experience and event operations.
• Liaising with media, printers and publishers as required and managing the production of marketing materials such as leaflets, flyers, posters and newsletters, including e-newsletters
• Liaising with events coordinators to maximise visibility at conferences, receptions and exhibitions, including compiling product and literature lists to display or demonstrate
• Generating and executing marketing campaigns across social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and many more
• Generating reports for digital marketing campaigns using data based analytics tools and also presenting this data in an easy to understand format
• Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press, radio or TV as appropriate to the product or service
• Attending key conferences to manage booth, do customer interviews and focus groups

Qualification & Requirements
• OND, HND Or BSc. Qualification Required
• You must have experienced in event marketing, management & Co-Ordination
• Must be Female (Single) between 20 to 30 years old
• Ability to use the Internet Effectively
• Ability to conduct research on the Internet
• Ability to Use Microsoft Applications
• Ability to pay attention to details
• Candidate Must Reside within Surulere & Nearby Environs
