Under international law, Nnamdi Kanu is enjoying big time. Imagine he is even getting a chance to seek bail. Imagine someone who is accused of such serious organised crimes against a people.

If this was USA the CIA would have water boarded the crap out of his life, put him in solitary and used sleep distuebance techniques to break his soul down.

1. As an educated person, you need not be told that no right is absolute. You cannot force your way onto private property because of your freedom of movement and association. The owner of that property is at liberty to shoot to kill any trespassers at his discretion. There is a limit to every right, and Mr. Kanu exceeded his limits by a humongous margin.

2. The Nigerian constitution would beg to differ. Even to then layman he has very obviously conspired to wage war against Nigeria amongst other things. According to the laws of Nigeria, that is very very wrong. So wrong, in fact, that the punishment for that is death or mercifully, life behind bars.

3. Tell that to the government of Malaysia killing Nigerian drug dealers without scruples. It would do you well to be objective and not resort to hysterics.
