Most of our African women are genetically dark skinned though there is now a sudden surge to wanting to be fair and appear European, thanks to our journalist, magazine publishers and the media. Females would go to any lengths to acquire a change in skin tone and color even if it meant burning their skin. Hydroquinone shouldn't exceed 2% level but I have seen ladies wear a cream with about 13%.

matter how tired you are.

<> Be calm under stress
<> Use a facial lotion or cream with sunscreen.
