Confirmed reports just coming has it that the PDP has won the Bayelsa State House of Assembly Re-run election for Southern Ijaw Constituency 4 conducted today by INEC. With this victory, the former Speaker of the Bayelsa State House of Assembly, Rt Hon. Friday Konbowei, who was sacked by a court of appeal judgment which annulled his election has now been re-elected to return to the assembly to represent Southern Ijaw Constituency 4.
