In federal universities, pple that come out with 2.1 become best graduating students at postgraduate level in Oxford, University of Manchester and some other top European institutions, while those that come out with 2.2 are well above average, and some of them opportuned to get tested externally still go on to make their Alma Mater proud.

Stop typing rubbish here. Uniben ko Uniben ni. Same uniben we see their grads daily or another one? Even your lecturers are known to cram and can hardly explain 50% of their own lecture notes satisfactorily. I once worked directly with one as an IT support to company and others as office colleagues and can say confidently that you guys are very empty on the average. Imagine a DB administrator who is always crashing company/customer data after going through needless drilling in exam as undergrad.

your own sef too much. even though I am currently schooling in a federal university but the initial post is just an exaggeration. have you ever seen the exam questions for the school mentioned in the post? if you have never seen their questions, you can't conclude it's cheap cos they also fail, and most of the lecturers that teach them also work in a federal school.
