Hello there, it's me, the boring lady again 

was getting bored and so I decided to do some random googling for Nigerian state house of assemblies.  I basically did "<state> house of assembly".  If the site didn't appear on page 1, then it's not worth looking at, IMHO.

First and foremost, I would expect more states than these to have sites for their HOAs.  Anyways, how do you see the above sites (less Akwa Ibom, as it is down)?  Rank not only based on design/layout but also on seo, code structure, load times, etc.

I have my choice, but I will wait to hear from you.  Also, please note that I am not saying any of the above are necessarily the best.  What I am saying is that of the group above, a few are better than others
