Our client is currently searching for a Personal Assistant/Administrative Manager. The ideal candidate should possess the following:

Age, Qualification and Experience:

Must be 30 years or below.
A graduate with a minimum of a second class (upper division) in any field of study.
3-5 years relevant working experience in the service sector.
Skills and competencies required:

Excellent writing and communication skills.
A high degree of initiative, resourcefulness, flexibility.
Excellent planning and organizing skills.
Must possess a high level of emotional intelligence and must be able to work under pressure.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Must be able to multi-task and have a self-motivating approach to achieve business objectives.
Must be proficient with the use of Microsoft Office packages especially Microsoft word, Power Point and Excel.
