Goto it's setting, locate host, input either Etisalat or Mtn proxy server address, close and relaunch app.
Etisalat proxy 10.71.170.5
Mtn proxy 10.199.212.2

HSPA+Tweaker Booster is a certified app approved at Google play store, it does not require special permission,
It has nothing to do with the option so called 4G booster. I have been using it for almost a month.
If you experience ransom ware, Avast ransom ware, is there as a rescue
