I need buyer for a foreign fairly used thug boat

Haba bros! How is this a foreign tug boat?
We all know this are locally made, which lacks proper communication equipments like radar, Ais, and long range VHF etc. Most of this have no flow of air-conditioning fitted, bollard pull and engine horse power is small.
It's mostly used for barge transportation and not for vessel towage so try and modify ur post appropriately.
