Two Decades & more a half ago
Darkness was my abode
With an uncrossable passage I could call road
Every where was black though lovely
Even Food I shouldn't worry
How long would this last, I couldn't tell
But there is someone out there who knows quite well

From the private ease of my mother's womb
I fall into the lighted room
But why don't they put me back
Where it is warm and wet and black
But one thing follows on another
Which made me realize things were different inside mother

Two Decades & more a half ago
I have no name
But I'm two days old all the same
What shall I call thee
Mum and Dad murmur as they stare at me
WAHEED! that will be his name
For he made us stand firm without shame
BOLAJI! that will be his name his name
For surely he will bring us fame
