hello house. A friend of mine just got invited for a test as a 'direct sales representative' for a bank. I would just like to know if anyone knows what that is. if it is the same with the contract staff marketers (who I hear earn a paltry 30k per month), let me just tell her to bone and focus on the job she has now,

direct sales rep= junior marketer.

direct sales representative is like a contract staff tin in the bank.you earn peanut and you are not treated like a staff yet u are made to work like a jackal.if your friend is comfortable with it y not leave her if she wants a banking experience

Thanks guys, I guessed as much that that was what it was. I know exactly how those contact (marketers) suffer. She has an okay job with a private firm and she has said she'll hang on to that.

Hopefully she will get a better Bank job soon.
