I can buy RCN at below terms and conditions-

1. My payment term is - 98% LC at Sight of which 98 % against load port document, and 2% balance
against discharge port document, upon Receipt of 3 % of the Contract Value
as Performance Bank Guarantee from Prime Bank towards timely dispatch of
Quantity & Quality as per this contract, Failed to perform the said
shipment on time with committed quality and quantity PBG will be forfeited.
( LC will be issued Lot wise in multiple of 100 MT against 3% PBG of value
of the lot)

OR

98% Cash against document through Bank and 2% balance against discharge
port document, upon Receipt of 3 % of the Contract Value as Performance
Bank Guarantee from Prime Bank towards timely dispatch of Quantity &
Quality as per this contract, Failed to perform the said shipment on time
with committed quality and quantity PBG will be forfeited.
2. Rate USD 1100 pmt, FOB Nigeria
3. Commodity- Dried Raw Cashew Nut Nigeria Origin
Ogbomosho
4. Out Turn 48-51 lbs per 80 kg,
5. Nut count 170-190 per kg 6. Moisture 8-10%.
7.Shipment- March end.
8. Quantity- 500-1000 MT.
