Some1 who doesnt like saying thank you, who always hv her own way to do things, who hate with passion
to ask for any help from anybody or accepting anything from someone but yet her slogan will be like "how can I help
u" that means she is willing to extend her hand and help others whenever possible,

What Makes a lady independent, is what I have mentioned above, she doesn't have to be rich or financial secured
but can take care of her own materialistic needs even sexual needs without asking or receiving help, who do her own
things and who wud never let anyone to tell her what to do and how to do it and when to do it, and thats the saddest
part in independent ladies which usually make guys feel unneeded or even worse unloved

i think most of the thing you wrote below are for people dating (or even who have been single for too long) and NOBODY will ever marry a person that has any of these "qualities".
this is what those traits say about that person:

hey Tracey , please dont get me wrong and dont get offended by what i wrote about your idea of an "independent woman", i didnt know you were talking about someone you knew.

let me rephrase that so you will understand it better.
marriage is a union where two people want to be together and spend the rest of their life together in happiness, sharing, giving etc if a person stays "single" in their mind while they are married then this union will surely fail and never work.
a woman who "does her own thing" cannot truly be happy in a union where sharing is required, a woman who "wud never let anyone tell her what to do" is  stupid because she automatically believes that whatever she thinks is right and whatever someone tells her is wrong. that woman wouldnt listen to her spouse when he tells her that the investment she is about to do is wrong or when he tells her"watch out there is hole on the road!!" that women thinks she knows it all and do not need advice from anyone else but we all know that humans can learn till the day they die, only a fool wouldnt wanna learn anything and think they know everything .

I think that rather than describe an independent woman you ended up describing a difficult woman.
An independent woman generally means a woman who takes care of herself completely,not someone who doesn't listen.
I like a woman with a good level of independence as it means at least that she has a brain.
Someone that can take care of business when im not at home.

Anyone, male or female, who makes his/her partner feel "unneeded" by going off on their own does not need a relationship - He or she is a lone wolf, who finds fulfillment in hunting alone and feeding alone.
