The Oyo state government has passed into law a bill, proposing life sentence for kidnappers in Oyo state. So kidnappers keep off from Oyo. This is what, l have been clamouring for. Declare a capital punishment for kidnapping nationwide. Thumbs up for the Oyo state government. Hope other state governments adopt this law and stiffer punishment for kidnappers. |
