Resume - 3 Top Contents

An employer hardly have the time in the world to go through your cv. They are basicly looking for three things and your cv must be able to deliver that as fast as possible.

Below are the three most important cv content that the employer needs:

1. YOUR CAREER FOCUS:
You must state your career focus clearly and make sure they know it within seconds of opening your cv.

2. Your core competencies or transferable skills
Once a recruiter understands your focus, then the next step is to know if you have the required core competencies or transferable skills to accomplish the job. You can see this in the employers job requirements. You'll capture and hold recruiter attention by including only those core competencies relating specifically to your focus. Please be relevant i relating your core competencies with the job requirement

3. Accomplishments
Your accomplishments only distinguish you from the rest of the other candidates. State your accomplishment clearly and concisely.

Please remember that third party recruity companies help in recruitment and thus they must be able to give valid reasons for promoting you as the candidate they are looking for.

Let your resume sell itself. A well written cv with the above points can guarantee you an intervies slot. Its the only brand you have as a jobseeker.
