lets not derail from the topic. An accountant or doctor can buy a jet depending on his place of work.  A consultant with any of the oil companies can afford it. these guys are paid in dollars.i know of a consultant ophtalmologist with unicef who earns $45,000 dollars a month in addition to other mouthwatering allowances.
