WHO IS DAN ONJEH?

At least, he is better than bubu who have not undertaken a single project since he assumed office. On a second thought, David Mark should have distributed Generators because I don't see FG doing something meaningful to curb power shortage. oooooh.......I remember, there's no fuel either.
