Almost quit biochemistry in my 3rd year, metabolic pathway and all those circle of enzymatic break down and synthesis. Studying in Futo can be very frustrating, especially Studying biochemistry without real practicals. I envisioned practical reactions in my brain most times.

Geology.....A course where you'll do lots of Imagination of things that happened thousands of years ago or deep down in the earth! It could be tough to relate to such things!

Some courses can make u jobless...i mean studying courses tht you still have to fit into an organisation to exist. So many of them, esp thoz with poor grades can remain jobless foreva. That why i wld recommend computer science/engineering for all Jambites. Even if u dnt get into d v.big organisations, @ least, u must get somewhere relevant to yr course...

Civil Engineering don make me begin question myself o..no be say d course hard sef o but the lecturers dem na die

Try B.Agric and you go know say sugarcane no be bamboo.You have to offer courses from all the departments in the faculty till your practical year.

Does anyone think vocational and technical courses are easy?
Courses like:

- carpentary
- masonry
- electronics
- refigeration
- fashion design
- catering/ culinary
- graphic design
- horticulture
- plumbing
- painting
- automotive technology

They may take lesser time and lower cost but they are surely TOUGH courses and the skilled graduates may even earn better than our certificate-endowed university graduates with greater chance to be their own bosses.
